Called Cox Sunday night 7/2 when A/C stopped. Service Tech returned my call in 15-20 minutes said he would was taking care of other customers but would try to have office schedule service Monday morning. Office called at 8 A.M. and said a technician was on the way. The technician's name was Tommy and he was outstanding friendly and knowledgable. He found the problem within a few minutes and checked the system for any other issues.He answered all my dumb question in an easy to understand way. Cox installed this Carrier system in 11/2004 and it has ran problem free. My parents used Cox for two A/C units replaced years ago and swear by their reliabilty. Great service & super techs. Tommy is a fine example of an honest hard working technician that really knows his job. Thank you very much for a cool fix to a very hot problem.

Very professional, helpful and reasonable. I have been using these guys since I moved to Dunedin 1.5 years ago. Every one of the guys is friendly and does what he can do keep costs to a minimum. I'm very pleased to have found them on the first try.

I've had a service contract with Cox for 10 plus years after they installed a new A/C system and they have always been extremely responsive, honest and very interested in my satisfaction. I only wish other businesses had the same concern for their customers satisfaction. I called with my A/C issue after-hours and left a non-urgent service request and Cox had a technician out the next morning. A part was ordered and we had A/C the same day the part came in. Amazing service. Also, Pat the Service Manager is outstanding. He's first class guy that focuses on doing the right. I don't know much about the workings of an A/C system, so having a trusted company do the work is really important to me.

Our AC unit was going out and needed to be replaced. We received quotes from multiple companies and decided to go with Cox. At the time of the quote we were impressed with the professionalism of the gentleman as well as the products that they offered. The day of install went smoothly and the guys went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend them!

I called Cox this afternoon to fix my AC that had stopped working. Every aspect of the experience was excellent. The service manager called me back promptly and gave me an ETA for his tech's arrival. The tech, Jim, got to the house on time. Jim was extremely professional, friendly and thorough. He took the time to review the repairs needed and showed me where my issue was. He fixed the problem quickly and even did a system check up while on site. Thank you so much to Jim and the entire Cox team for taking great care of my family's needs. You guys are the best in the business.

Cox Heating and Air are the absolute best in the business. Top floor AC was blowing hot air last night, and they had it fixed within 20 min of being on site. They have done work in other family members homes and also friends at my office. Honest, on-time, always respectful and they know how to get your AC up and running.

Been with Cox for 20 plus years, always amazing customer service! Referred them to my Brother in laws Mom. After dealing with two other local companies, both quoting $10,000 plus work needed Cox's Mike King came out and explained the work needed was all under warranty and to contact the company who installed the AC unit. I just wanted to thank Cox Air for their professional conduct on my ductless air system. Skills can be imparted, but the will to persist and persevere is inborn… a talent you have been blessed with. We had our A/C go out and called Cox Air Conditoning and they came out within an hour, provided an estimate, ordered the part, picked it up, installed the part and we had cold air again with 5.5 hours and here in Florida you don’t want to be without cold air. I can’t be more thankful for their prompt service! The gentleman, Eric who worked on our unit, was very courteous and professional.Their customer service cannot be beat ... the office staff is the absolute best! Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent customer service, fair and competitive prices, and reputable company. This is the company I should have gone with initially, now I rely on them to fix the mess from another air-conditioning company. Sales representative Mike King, was professional and knowledgeable. If you want great customer service, job done right, and peace of mind go with Cox air-conditioning and ask for Mike, or you can go with the company I went with that installed a defective outside unit, used less than adequate parts and kept me waiting for over 3 weeks to switch out unit.

I have been using Cox Heating & Air for 30 years at two different locations. I have purchased several Carrier systems from them over the years. When I had a mechanical issue that covered the part but was just outside the time limit to cover the labor they took care of me. Thats why I use Cox for regular maintenance and my heating and cooling needs.

My parents started using Cox 50 years ago. I have used them since the 1980's. 4 years ago they replaced an old unit and I have them perform twice a year maintenance. Paula in the office is very friendly and technician Eddie is always upbeat and professional. I don't use anyone else.

They installed a new unit in our home and did a fantastic job. The wiring job was one most organized and well done jobs I've ever seen. Still supervised by the "old vets" that have been there for years (good thing) some of their younger crew are good, others are top notch.

Our A/C shut down completely today. I called Cox and was told they would have a repairman out in 30 minutes. I didn't believe it could be that fast. But it was. It was a simple problem, and Joe, the repairman, fixed the A/C very quickly and efficiently. He left, and the whole job from the time I placed the call to the time he left was about one hour. The A/C was back on, and everything was running fine. I was amazed. I thought for sure it would be at least until the next day before anyone could come out to fix it. Fortunately, they had someone already in the area who was able to come right over. Regardless, it was the BEST service I have ever had out of an air conditioning company since we moved into our home in 1991. Cox installed our new air conditioning system about a year and a half ago. I wish I had used this company sooner.

Cox AC provided superior service and customer Service. In addition, as a retired military officer, it gives me great pleasure to do business with an organization that recognizes those who have served By offering a military discount. Eddie, who was the technician, was on time, professional, informative and courteous. He explained everything that he found wrong with the unit, the cost to repair and when it would be fully operational.I would highly recommend Cox AC based on the service I received.

Cox air conditioning is a trustworthy, honest company that provides excellent service. My air handler went out at the peak of our warm season; Mike, Jo and Vinny took great care of us. They arranged to replace the air handler within 1 week and in the interim provided us a temporary cooling system which kept us comfortable. Their work was precise, tidy and efficient completing the job in less than 2 days. Furthermore, their pricing was fair and competitive. I had technician Eddie come to my home and assist me with the operation of my Cor thermostat on our new Carrier A/C unit. He was super knowledgeable with these units and explained everything and showed me how to operate it perfectly. He was on time with booties and a smile. Quality pays for itself. These guys are the pros from install to service.

My A/C unit was clogged up and dripping water out of the pan. I’ve used another company for a few years to keep service but due to the covid-19, I tried to contact them to help me out. No answer on any of there phone numbers. Just a generic message. Nothing about if they are out of business or temporary closed. Their website had no info about whether they were open or not. After two days of no call backs I had enough. So I called Cox and they sent “Barney #25” out for a service call. He did a fast clean professional job of servicing my ac unit. 5 Stars***** to Cox H & C. You earned a new customer as I will never seek to use the previous company or any other but Cox. The price you gave me on the phone was spot on and honest checkup of my A/C system. Did not try to add any unnecessary work to charge more money. Very nice to deal with a a straightforward company. I’ve been a loyal customer of Cox Heating and Air Conditioning for over 20 years. They have always been excellent in service and responsiveness. I especially have to commend their technician, Eddie, who has serviced my heating and A/C units for several years. He always does such a thorough job and is exceptionally neat and organized. The pipes and connectors by my handlers looked a mess until Eddie was assigned to my job. He is always punctual and extremely trustworthy. But most importantly, he knows what he’s doing and knows how to fix any type of problem that arises. You can trust your heating and A/C service to Cox!

Compliments to Zach Moskowitz ,the owner,for running a wonderful team .Everyone from the beginning to the end are organized and totally involved in making sure all your heating and air conditioning needs are met and and taken care within a timely manor. You get a phone call when the tech is on the way,or even if he’s running late !! Eddie Torres the tech we worked with is amazing .Easy to work with,and very reliable ! Do not hesitate to call Cox.
